Grape Variety: Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon & Muscadelle
Tasting Notes: The three grape varieties are destalked and pressed . they are then put directly into seperate stainless steal vats for a fermentation at low temperature. The wines are matured 4 to 6 months on lees , with mixing every 10 days. The result is a wine with a gold -yellow colour with aromas of grapefruit and exotic fruits . On the palate it is soft with pleasent freshness. A good fruity aromatic persistence with notes of flowers and citrus.

Grape Variety: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc
Tasting Notes: Each grape variety is harvested on a different plot and are then de-stalked and fermented in individual stainless steel vats . The long maceration (4 to 6 weeks) allows for a slow and gentle extraction. This wine is aged for 12 months on the lees. It is then commercialised 18 months after the harvest. This wine has a limpid gernet red colour. On the nose black berry fruits and has a supple and fruit -forward palate.
